Our chalet features
Two Bedrooms: Perfect for families or small groups, our chalet boasts two cozy bedrooms, providing a peaceful sanctuary for a restful night's sleep.

Two Bathrooms: Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.

With sleeping arrangements for up to five guests, including two double beds, one big bed,
and a sofa bed, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and recharge after a day of beachside adventures.

Our two bedrooms plus living room are air conditioned allowing you to escape the heat.
However when the weather is breezy, we advice you to open the living room window and house door, for a lovely current of wind.

Cable TV and Wi-Fi: Stay entertained with our cable TV service and stay connected with reliable Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Rooftop BBQ Grill: Unwind and savor a delicious barbecue while soaking in the breathtaking sea view from our rooftop.

Security Camera: Rest assured, your safety is our priority. We have a security camera installed at the doorstep to ensure added peace of mind during your stay.

Private Parking Spot: For your convenience we provide our very own parking spot. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is securely parked just steps away from your accommodation

Kitchen and Laundry Amenities:
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a
convenient cooking process, it includes cooking ware, stove, oven, juicer, bread toaster, microwave, water dispenser, fridge, and freezer.

Laundry Facilities: Take care of your laundry needs with our washing machine provided for your convenience. There's also a drying rack available on the small balcony where you can air dry your clothes.

Facilities within the Compound:
• Beach Access: Just a leisurely 2-minute stroll away, enjoy the sun, sand, and kite surf at the nearby beach.
• Supermarket: Stock up on essentials just a short 4-minute walk from the chalet, or you have the choice to have it delivered to your doorstep.
• Dining Options: Indulge in culinary delights at the nearby hotel restaurant or options for delivery straight to your doorstep.
• Children's Playground: Keep the little ones entertained with fun-filled activities at
the playground.

House Rules:
1. Cleanliness: Please help us maintain the charm of our chalet by keeping it clean and tidy during your stay. ( in the event that the chalet is not returned as received a some of 500 EGP will be deducted)
2. Noise: For Rent's respect the tranquility of our neighbors. Kindly keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
3. No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
4. Pet Policy: We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the chalet.
5. Gas Safety: For your safety, please ensure that the gas is turned off before sleeping or when leaving the chalet unattended.
6. Checkout timings: 12:00PM-13:00PM maximum

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
• To secure your reservation you are requested to pay the full amount + one extra
night that acts as an insurance that you get at the end of your stay after checking everything is ok and intact.
• In the event of cancellation a week prior arrival date, 50% will be deducted from the full amount.
• In the event of a cancellation 48 hours prior to the check-in date, a 70% deduction will be applied to the full amount.
• Cancellation anytime before that week, is fully refundable.
