Ground Rules for guests
Inside the Resort
- La Hacienda is a decent family friendly resort, Kindly ensure proper attitude while using the different facilities and ensure respecting neighbor’s and other guests.
Inside the unit
- Kindly keep the noise levels to the minimum specially between 11PM and 9AM.
- Please Make sure to keep the property clean and tidy.
- For Safety, please turn off the gas while asleep, away and on checking out.
- Make sure to keep all the windows wire net closed.
- Make sure to turn off the air conditioning and electrical applicances while away and on checking out.
- On checking out, please close all windows, bathrooms and rooms.
- Ask your host about any additional instructions for his unit.
Incase any of below violations occurs, the owner has the right to cancel the reservation with no refund to the payment and take any necessary actions
- Violations to country rules and laws
- Violations related to the above mentioned community rules.
- Violations related to neighbors/other guests respect and privacy.
- Violations related to not maintaining the unit condition as received.
- Violations related to improper behavior from guests.
